In these Swiss parts, persimmons are all the rage at this time of the year. I like the overripe ones. They are perfect for making this sweet & savory salad. I've made this three times in the last week. Super easy to make & oh so Yummy!! ( Alternatively, you can use mango) Give it a try.

Handful of black olives
Fresh mint or basil
