I am in tastebud heaven when I drink one of these ... an egg coffee.
I make coffee and add two whipped eggs. That's it! It's rich and creamy. AND! full of nutrition.
It's a great starter for someone like me who is not strong on eating breakfast ... I am just not hungry in the morning.

@Shandicd - yes, you use the whole egg - whip until the eggs are frothy (I used a hand mixer to get more air in the mix). If you use just the yokes it will be creamier & yummier.
